Most sheet metal problems don’t start at the laser — they start in the flat pattern. A wrong K-factor, a hole too close to a bend, a flange too short for the die, and the part comes off the brake out of tolerance. Our engineers check your flat pattern against real tooling before a single sheet is cut.
“Cut it right, bend it once.” — Send a STEP model or DXF. We confirm bend allowances, relief notches and hole-to-bend distances, and send back a corrected flat pattern with the quote.
CNC Press Brake Bending
Crisp flanges and repeatable angles — checked with digital angle gauges on first article and in-process.
We verify bend deductions, minimum flange lengths, hole-to-bend distances and relief cuts against the actual punch and die set — so the first article fits, not the third.
Many assemblies combine a casting with sheet metal brackets, covers or enclosures. We supply both, machine the interfaces, and ship them as one kitted order — one PO, one tolerance chain.
Laser cutting needs no hard tooling, so a 10-piece prototype run and a 10,000-piece repeat order follow the same programs. Quotes itemize material, cutting, bending, finishing and shipping.
No CAD? We build the 3D model and flat pattern from your sketch, sample or photo, and suggest material or gauge changes that cut cost without losing strength.
Seven part families that ship most often — all built to your drawings, in steel, stainless or aluminum, and finished the way you specify.

Where most suppliers stop at one process, we combine them. A die-cast housing with a laser-cut stainless bracket, a sand-cast base with a bent steel guard — engineered together, machined to fit, assembled and shipped as one unit.

These seven families are what ships most often, not a limit. Send a DXF, STEP model or a photo with dimensions — we’ll confirm feasibility and bending sequence within 12 hours.
Every sheet metal order starts as a flat pattern. We check it against our tooling, cut it, bend it, and verify it against your 3D model before production.
Step 2 · Laser-Cut Flat Blanks
Holes, slots, tabs and bend reliefs are all cut in one pass — no secondary punching.
Step 5 · Bent, Finished & Inspected
Bend angles and flange lengths measured on first article and in-process.
Every RFQ is reviewed by our engineering team — flat pattern first, price second.
01
DXF, STEP, DWG or PDF — or a sketch, sample or photo with dimensions.
02
Bend allowances and hole-to-bend distances checked within 12 hours; full itemized quote within 48 hours.
03
Cut and bent from the confirmed flat pattern; bend angles and key dimensions inspected and reported for your approval.
04
Bending, machining, welding, press-in fasteners, sand blasting, painting and polishing in-house; powder coating and plating through partners — with in-process checks on angles and critical dimensions.
05
Final inspection, protective packing for coated parts, and photos before shipment.
Because we run both, we have no reason to push one. Here is how we decide which process fits your part.
Not sure? Send the drawing. We’ll quote both routes where it makes sense and show you the break-even quantity — see our die casting and investment casting capabilities.
Typical capability ranges — final limits depend on material, geometry and part size. Send your drawing and we confirm what applies to your part.

No hard tooling for laser cutting
Bent parts fail at assembly when angles drift. We measure them on the first article and keep measuring through the run.

A DXF or DWG flat pattern is ideal. A STEP or IGES 3D model is better still — we generate and check the flat pattern ourselves. PDFs, sketches or a sample with dimensions also work.
Typical laser cut tolerance is ±0.1 mm on thin sheet and ±0.2 mm on thicker plate; bend angles hold ±0.5°. Tighter features can be CNC machined after forming.
Laser cutting is done through our long-term laser cutting partner in Ningbo, programmed from flat patterns our engineers check. Bending, machining, welding, press-in fasteners, sand blasting, wet painting, polishing and inspection are handled by our own team; powder coating, plating, anodizing and passivation are done by qualified finishing partners. Either way, you deal with one supplier and one quality system.
There is no fixed MOQ. Laser cutting needs no hard tooling, so prototypes and small batches are quoted the same way as production runs.
Yes — it’s one of our strengths. We supply cast housings, bases and bodies together with laser-cut and bent brackets, covers and guards, machine the interfaces to fit, and ship them as one kitted order.
