Cylinder Head Cover
The cylinder head cover (valve cover) seals the top of the engine cylinder head, protecting the valve train from contamination while retaining engine oil. Cast from lightweight aluminum alloys for reduced weight without sacrificing structural rigidity.
Renyi produces cylinder head covers via gravity casting (A356) and aluminum die casting (ADC12 / A380). Both processes achieve the flatness tolerances required for oil-tight gasket sealing. Every cover undergoes a CNC-machined sealing surface and optional air or water leak test before shipment.

The cylinder block (engine block) is the core structural component of an internal combustion engine — housing the cylinders, coolant passages, oil galleries, and crankshaft bearing seats. Renyi produces both aluminum and gray iron blocks using gravity casting and sand casting processes for prototyping through mid-volume production.
Engine blocks demand exceptional stiffness to withstand cylinder pressures exceeding 100 bar. Our sand and gravity cast blocks meet automotive structural requirements with FEA-validated wall sections.
Critical bore locations, bearing housings, and deck surfaces are held to tight positional tolerances — supported by in-house CNC machining for cylinder bore and crankshaft tunnel finishes.
Available in aluminum alloys (A356, A319) for weight-sensitive applications, or gray iron (GG25) for durability-critical diesel and commercial vehicle engines.

Exhaust manifolds collect combustion gases from every cylinder and channel them into the exhaust system — running continuously at 700–900 °C under thermal cycling and vibration. Intake manifolds distribute incoming air evenly across all cylinders for consistent combustion efficiency. Both parts live or die on gas-tight integrity and complex internal passage geometry.
Renyi produces exhaust manifolds in ductile iron (GGG40) or high-silicon aluminum for sustained high-temperature service. Intake manifolds are aluminum die cast for lightweight, corrosion-resistant construction with smooth, flow-optimised internal surfaces. All manifolds receive pressure or helium leak testing before shipment.

It depends on part geometry, volume, and material. Die casting suits high-volume aluminum parts with thin walls (head covers, intake manifolds). Gravity casting works well for medium-complexity parts with thicker sections. Sand casting is preferred for iron parts or low-volume prototypes of complex geometry like cylinder blocks and exhaust manifolds. Our team provides a free process recommendation with every RFQ.
Yes. Renyi offers a complete cast-to-finish service: casting, CNC machining of critical surfaces and bores, pressure/leak testing, shot blasting, and coating. We can supply parts in whatever stage suits your assembly process — raw castings, semi-machined, or fully finished.
Yes. As an IATF 16949 certified facility we can deliver PPAP Level 1–3 packages: dimensional reports (CMM / FAI), material certifications (OES spectrographic analysis), process flow diagrams, control plans, and FMEA. CPK data is available upon request. Please specify your required PPAP level in your RFQ.
Send your drawings (2D/3D), material grade, surface finish requirements, and target quantity. Our engineering team will review manufacturability and return a full quotation within 12–48 hours.
Send your 2D/3D drawings and we’ll return a DFM review, process recommendation, and detailed quotation within 12 hours — casting, machining, and leak testing all under one roof in Ningbo, China.
