OEM Architectural Castings & Sheet-Metal Trim
Cast aluminum window sills, conductor heads, wall copings, ventilation grilles, and chimney caps — plus the sheet-metal flashing and trim that ties them into the facade. Gravity, die, sand, and investment cast, forged where strength matters, then CNC-machined and finished in-house.

The right process for every part of the envelope
Flat mating faces that line up and seal
Powder coat, anodize, passivate, or patina
Long, straight runs of flashing and coping are easy to bend from sheet. The corners, end caps, conductor heads, and ornamental pieces are not — and soldered or riveted seams are where most envelope leaks start. We cast those parts as single, seamless pieces, machine their joints flat, and supply the matching sheet-metal runs alongside them.
Mitred coping corners, sill end caps, ornamental conductor heads, and curved transitions come out of the mold as one seamless part. No soldered seams to crack after years of heat, frost, and rain.
Mating faces, fixing holes, and flue connections are machined in our own shop, so sections line up on site and seal without packing or rework. One supplier owns the casting, the machining, and the tolerance.
Every quote is itemized — tooling, unit casting cost, and shipping listed separately. No rigid MOQ: a 20-piece heritage restoration batch and a 10,000-piece builder program both get a real price.
Every line can be built to your drawing, your alloy, and your finish. The process recommendations below are where we start — the final choice depends on size, volume, and service environment.
Gravity casting or resin sand casting in A356-T6 aluminum — high strength and dimensional stability for machining.
Cold-chamber die casting in ADC12 or A380, with walls down to 1.5–2 mm for snap-fit and clip designs at volume.
CNC-milled mounting faces; weather-resistant powder coating or anodizing.
Applications: facade base trims, window water-shedding details, curtain-wall edge protection and sealing.
A356-T6
ADC12
A380
Aluminum die casting in AlSi10Mg or ADC12 for strong corrosion resistance at volume.
Silica-sol investment casting in SS304 / SS316 for coastal, high-salt climates — or copper, brass, and bronze for heritage and high-end custom looks.
Shot blasting, hand mirror polishing, passivation, or antique patina.
Applications: villa and high-end residential drainage, heritage restoration, industrial roof collection points.
AlSi10Mg
ADC12
SS316
Bronze
Aluminum die casting with mold-flow-optimized gating, so complex thin blades cast net-shape in one shot — lower cost, less machining.
Stainless steel investment casting.
Ductile iron sand casting, GGG40 / GGG50.
Applications: facade intake and exhaust covers, basement and HVAC rain louvers, bird- and insect-proof duct terminations.
ADC12
SS304
GGG40 / GGG50
Sheet-metal coping caps locked onto galvanized continuous cleats and anchor clips — no exposed fasteners. Joints sealed with concealed splice plates and twin butyl sealant strips.
Aluminum gravity or sand casting in A356, or gray iron — the complex 3D shapes press-brake sheet metal can’t form cleanly.
Precision forging removes internal porosity, with tensile strength up to 20% higher than conventional castings.
All joint faces CNC-machined for flat, tight-sealing assembly.
Applications: parapet wall caps, balcony and boundary wall tops, heavy-duty edges on commercial flat roofs.
A356
Gray Iron
Forged Aluminum
Galvanized Cleats
Investment casting in heat-resistant alloy steel or SS304 — no scaling or rust through flue-gas cycles and hard weather.
Brass or bronze casting, or copper hot forging for a heavy, solid finish; CNC-turned flue connections.
Your logo laser-engraved through our finishing partner.
Applications: residential fireplace chimneys, anti-downdraft exhaust terminals, decorative roof pieces on custom and period buildings.
SS304
Alloy Steel
Brass
Copper
Cast aluminum or bronze outlets that carry water through parapet walls on flat roofs.
Die-cast aluminum or investment-cast stainless and bronze brackets that hold snow on metal and pitched roofs, so it can’t slide off in one load onto people or gutters.
Applications: parapet flat roofs, metal and pitched roofs in snow regions.

The long runs of a building envelope are best made from formed sheet. We cut, bend, and stamp them in aluminum, galvanized steel, stainless steel, and copper — and match them to the cast corners and end caps above, so the whole detail ships from one supplier.
The hidden line of defense at every joint
Z-Flashing / Drip Caps
Over windows, doors, and horizontal siding joints — the Z profile pushes water running down the wall outward, away from the gap.
Step Flashing
Overlapping steps where a pitched roof meets a wall or chimney.
Expansion Joint Covers
Seal movement joints in walls, roofs, and floors while allowing thermal and seismic movement.
Base Flashing / Water Table
Where the wall meets the foundation, keeping rain and snowmelt out of the wall above.
Move water off the roof, keep the system clear
Conductor Heads / Leader Heads
Collect water from through-wall outlets and feed the downspout — often a decorative feature on classical buildings.
Roof Scuppers
Through-wall outlets for flat and parapet roofs.
Drip Edge / Gravel Stops
L- or T-profile edge trim that drips water into the gutter and keeps roof ballast in place.
Gutter Guards / Leaf Screens
Perforated or mesh covers that keep leaves and twigs out of the gutter.
Protect and ventilate the eaves
Fascia Panels
Protect the eave end from weather and carry the gutter.
Soffit Panels
Under-eave panels, perforated or louvered to keep out birds and insects while ventilating the roof space.
Built for snow loads and summer sun
Snow Guards / Snow Retention
Stop heavy snow sliding off the roof in one load onto people or gutters.
Architectural Sunshades / Brise Soleil
Large aluminum blades outside windows and glazing that block high summer sun and cut cooling loads.

Architectural metal castings are building components made by pouring molten metal — usually aluminum, stainless steel, bronze, or iron — into a mold. They are used where a part needs a complex 3D shape, a heavy wall, or a decorative profile that sheet metal can't form, such as coping corners, conductor heads, window sill end caps, and chimney cowls.
Choose sheet metal for long, straight runs like flashing, fascia, and drip edge. Choose casting for corners, end caps, ornamental parts, and anything with varying wall thickness or integrated fixing points. Many projects use both: formed runs joined by cast corners.
For high-salt coastal sites we recommend SS316 stainless steel investment castings, or bronze for a traditional look. Cast aluminum with powder coating also performs well where weight and cost matter.
Yes. Send an original part, photos, or measurements. We build a 3D model, make the pattern, and cast it in aluminum, bronze, brass, or iron, with patina finishes to match existing work.
There is no rigid MOQ. We quote small restoration batches and high-volume builder programs alike, with tooling cost shown separately.
Yes. We cut, bend, and stamp Z-flashing, step flashing, drip edge, fascia, soffit panels, and related trim in aluminum, galvanized steel, stainless steel, and copper, matched to our cast components.
We answer RFQs within 12 hours. First-article samples typically take 15–30 days depending on process and tooling.
Send your drawings, photos, or an original part. Our engineers review it for manufacturability and return an itemized quote — tooling, unit price, and shipping — within 12 hours. Drawings stay confidential; NDA available on request.
