Cast parts assembled to your bill of materials
Cold room hardware works harder than almost any other door hardware. Doors open hundreds of times a shift. Condensation freezes inside hinge knuckles. Wash-down chemicals attack plating. And the door must always open from the inside. A hinge that sags breaks the gasket seal and wastes energy. A latch that ices up is a safety problem. We make these parts in alloys and to tolerances that hold up in that service.
Chrome-plated zinc die castings for high-volume handles and hinges. SS304 / SS316 investment castings for freezers and wash-down areas. Forged and CNC-turned parts for the hinge pins and studs that carry the load. We recommend the route that fits your volume and environment.
We ream pin bores and cut threads in our own shop, so hinges swing true and doors seal evenly. Then we assemble the springs, cams, bushings, and gaskets you specify, and parts arrive as ready-to-fit kits instead of loose pieces from five suppliers.
Every quote is itemized: tooling, unit cost, and shipping listed separately. There is no rigid MOQ, so a 200-piece replacement batch and a 20,000-piece OEM program both get a real price. No drawing? We build the 3D model from your sample.
For walk-in coolers and blast freezers, refrigerated display cases, medical and pharmacy refrigerators, and commercial kitchen equipment. Every line can be built to your drawing, alloy, and finish. The processes below are where we start. The final choice depends on part size, volume, and service environment.
Zinc alloy die casting (Zamak 3 / Zamak 5), bright chrome or satin nickel plated. A nylon cam in the knuckle lifts the door as it opens and lets its weight close it again.
SS304 / SS316 investment casting, passivated. No plating to flake off under harsh cleaners.
Reamed pin bores, stainless hinge pins, and low-temperature POM or nylon bushings, so hinges stay smooth at freezer temperatures.
Applications: walk-in coolers, blast freezers, reach-in refrigerators, insulated service doors.
Zamak 5
SS304
SS316
Chrome
Zinc die casting with chrome plating, or SS304 investment casting. Key cylinder and padlock eye options.
Adjustable strikes that suit different insulated panel thicknesses and pull the door evenly onto its gasket.
A stainless push rod and knob that opens the latch from inside, even when it’s locked, so nobody gets trapped in the room.
Applications: walk-in coolers and freezers, cold storage rooms, meat and seafood processing rooms.
Zamak 3
SS304
Safety Release
Cam-pivot hinges that close the glass door by its own weight and can hold it open at 90° for restocking. Less cold air escapes and less energy is wasted.
Clamp-on glass locks, patch fittings, and hinge pins in zinc die casting or stainless investment casting.
Stainless tube pull handles with cast standoffs, ball catches, and mechanical door stops that keep doors closed against their seals.
Applications: supermarket beverage coolers, bakery and deli display cases, back-bar coolers, pharmacy and medical refrigerators.
Zamak
SS304
Tempered Glass Fit
Aluminum die-cast or stainless housings and grilles. Heater elements and dampers are fitted to your specification. The vent balances air pressure so freezer doors open easily and panels aren’t strained.
Hook-and-pin cam locks that are foamed into PU sandwich panels and pull joints tight with a hex key. Die-cast zinc or stamped steel hooks, zinc-plated or stainless.
Applications: modular cold rooms, blast freezers, cold storage warehouses, refrigerated containers.
ADC12
SS304
Zinc-Plated Steel
SS304 tube bodies with die-cast or CNC-turned adjustable inserts. Threaded stud or bolt-down flange top, and non-marking nylon or rubber bases. They level heavy equipment on sloped kitchen floors that are built to drain.
Stainless or zinc-plated brackets with total-lock brakes. Sourced to your load rating and assembled with our legs and plates as one kit.
Applications: refrigerated prep tables, stainless worktables, display cases, ice machines, combi ovens.
SS304
CNC Turned
Kit Assembly
SS304 / SS316 investment casting for heavy-duty bodies, or stamped stainless grates for lighter duty. Bodies are CNC-threaded to fit your pipe standard.
Brushed, mirror-polished, or matte black coated. Slot widths can be designed to be heel-proof and anti-slip.
Stamped and bent stainless grates, made to length, for kitchen lines and cold room thresholds.
Applications: cold rooms, commercial kitchens, food processing plants, wash-down areas.
SS304
SS316
Black Finish
Slotted pilaster strips stamped from SS304 or zinc-plated steel, with die-cast or stamped clips. Shelf heights can be changed without tools.
Stainless L-runners and tray slides sized for standard Gastronorm pans, for prep counters and roll-in racks.
Applications: reach-in refrigerators, display cases, salad and pizza prep tables, bakery racks.
SS304
Stamping
GN Standard
Pistol-grip spray gun bodies and nozzle heads in zinc or aluminum die casting. Hose inlets are CNC-threaded, and finishes include satin nickel, chrome, and antique copper. We supply them raw, finished, or fully assembled with soft-touch grips, triggers, and valves.
Pre-rinse spray valves, faucet bodies, and wall-mount fittings are hot forged or gravity cast in lead-free brass to your alloy spec. Forging leaves no porosity in pressure-tight walls. Threads are CNC-machined to NPT or BSP, and the parts are chrome-plated.
Deep-drawn SS304 bowls for welding into stainless worktops.
Applications: kitchen wash-down guns, dishwashing stations, prep sinks, hose reels, garden and car-wash spray guns.

Lead-Free Brass
SS304
Thin-blade aluminum die castings, powder-coated in any RAL color. They direct airflow over the condensing unit and keep fingers and debris out.
Punched and bent stainless panels with slot or round-hole patterns, sized to the airflow your compressor needs.
Applications: under-counter refrigeration, ice machines, display case bases, condensing unit housings.

A typical walk-in cooler or freezer door uses two or three heavy-duty hinges (often rising-cam or spring-assisted so the door closes itself), a latch with a key cylinder or padlock eye, an adjustable strike, and an inside safety release so nobody can be locked in. Freezers also need a pressure relief vent in the wall or ceiling panel.
SS304 stainless steel investment castings suit most freezers and wash-down kitchens. Choose SS316 where salt or chlorine cleaners are used, such as seafood processing or coastal sites. Chrome-plated zinc die castings are a lower-cost option for dry cooler areas and display cases.
When the door closes, warm air trapped inside cools and contracts. This creates a vacuum that makes the door hard to open and puts stress on the panels. A pressure relief vent lets air in or out to balance the pressure. Freezer vents are usually heated so they don't ice shut.
