Aluminum die casting is a manufacturing process in which molten aluminum alloy is injected under high pressure into a precision steel mold — producing complex, thin-walled parts with excellent dimensional accuracy and surface finish at high volume.
At Renyi Castings, we specialize in providing top-quality aluminum die casting services for a variety of industries. Our joint-venture die casting facility is equipped with cold-chamber die casting machines ranging from 160T to 800T, enabling us to handle a wide range of part sizes and complexities.
We supply everything from raw die castings to fully finished products — including precision CNC machining, surface treatment, impregnation, powder coating, chrome plating, and assembly.

Aluminum die casting delivers a unique combination of strength, precision, and cost-efficiency that makes it the process of choice for high-volume production across demanding industries.
Aluminum is a strong and durable material capable of withstanding high levels of stress and wear. Die cast parts maintain structural integrity under demanding operating conditions.
Aluminum is lightweight yet strong — ideal for automotive, aerospace, and electronics applications where weight reduction is critical to performance and fuel efficiency.
Die casting produces highly precise parts with tight tolerances and complex geometries. Net-shape or near-net-shape output minimizes secondary machining requirements.
High-speed production, minimal material waste, and reduced machining make die casting one of the most economical processes for medium-to-high volume manufacturing.
Our die casting engineering team performs mold flow analysis on every project before tooling begins — simulating metal fill, air entrapment, and thermal behaviour to optimize gate design and minimize defects.
Predict metal flow path and velocity to prevent cold shuts, misruns and turbulence
Identify hot spots and optimize cooling channel layout to reduce cycle time
Locate potential porosity zones and place overflow/venting to eliminate trapped gas
Ejector pin location and pouring gate shared with customer before tooling starts
Precision aluminum die castings manufactured for global OEM and tier-1 clients.

From mold design to finished component — every stage is managed in-house or through our joint-venture facility.
3D tooling design with mold flow analysis; gate, runner and ejector layout shared with customer
Precision steel molds CNC-machined with hardened inserts for long tool life (50K–200K shots)
Molten aluminum injected at high pressure into the die; rapid solidification produces dense parts
Flash removal, gate cut-off and deburring to produce clean, near-net-shape castings
Secondary machining of critical dimensions, bores, threads and mating surfaces in-house
Surface treatment, dimensional verification, and outgoing QC inspection before shipment
From raw die castings to fully finished, assembled products — we handle the entire chain so you deal with one supplier.
Simulate fill, solidification, and air entrapment before cutting steel — reducing trial iterations and tooling cost.
Vacuum impregnation seals micro-porosity for castings requiring pressure-tight or leak-proof performance.
Non-destructive X-ray inspection for internal porosity detection on safety-critical or structural castings.
We assemble inserts, bushings, O-rings and sub-components — shipping ready-to-install units to your line.
Aluminum die castings from Renyi are used in performance-critical applications across the globe.

There is no strict MOQ for die castings. However, due to the tooling investment, die casting is most economical at volumes of 1,000+ pieces per year. We welcome prototype and low-volume orders as well.
Normal project: tooling + first article samples within 30–40 days. Urgent projects can be completed in 20 days. RFQ feedback within 12 hours, full quotation within 48 hours.
Tooling: 50% deposit, 50% after sample approval. Production orders: 30% deposit, 70% against B/L copy. Established customers enjoy flexible terms including 100% after delivery.
Yes — we run mold flow simulation on every project. Gate, runner, and ejector pin layout is shared with the customer for approval before tooling fabrication begins.
We issue a formal 8D corrective action report. Options include local rework cost compensation, 100% refund or credit note, or full replacement shipment at no charge. We aim to resolve all NCRs within 5 business days.
Send your drawings (2D/3D), material grade, surface finish requirements, and target quantity. Our engineering team will review manufacturability and return a full quotation within 12–48 hours.
